**Sales**
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**
Embark on an impactful journey with Reckitt as our next Export Manager, where your expertise will catalyse our international sales operations. This position is pivotal for those who are passionate about fostering global market growth and building robust relationships with international clients. You'll be orchestrating strategies to elevate our global presence, adhering to export regulations with finesse, and working collaboratively across departments to streamline export activities. Dive into a role where your strategic influence will shape not just business outcomes, but also inspire industry leading practises.
**Your responsibilities**
+ Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – i.e. Net Revenue, Operating Profit, Gross Margin, Net Working Capital
+ Build long-term partnerships with the customer. Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt’s commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
+ Capitalizing business progression based on expansion plans of the customers to drive Net Revenue
+ Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
+ Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)
+ Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
+ Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
**The experience we're looking for**
+ Strong Leadership abilities and business acumen
+ Strategic Planning & Monitoring: Proactively collect and analyse relevant data and, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth.
+ Building Business / Customer Relationships: Leads in the management of stakeholder interests and continually enhances relationships while building new stakeholder and company linkage
+ Negotiation & Influence: Plans and undertakes complex and contractual business negotiations with major customers
+ Innovative and creative in designing Key Account strategies
+ Minimum 6 years FMCG experience in Sales Account Management
+ Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subject from a recognized University
