Job Description:
Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans with a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, wholesale, distributor) and sales control and field evaluations. In some countries field sales force may be split from key account management.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience of at least 3 years as Sales Associate in similar business models
Previous experience dealing with Key Customers
Master Sales skills and capabilities including demonstrated ability in conducting demand planning, establishing client-oriented action plans, leading numeric distribution, KPI implementation and follow up, and measuring ROI.
Requires strong verbal and written communications skills in Spanish and English
Capable of Standing alone

Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers
Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service
Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts
Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends
