The Jurisdictional Management Analyst will collaborate with the Director on upcoming jurisdictional changes that relate to Title and Registration services, and then partner with IT to implement and execute passed jurisdictional changes into the Wheels systems. This role will also partner with the Marketing and Client Management teams to create client communications of upcoming and in process jurisdictional changes.
This role will define the system requirements, partner with IT on implementing these changes, project manager each implementation and lead the back-end testing of implemented changes.
This role may also be involved in the researching of any external jurisdictional rules engine and testing the viability of such a platform.
Finally, this role will own the cycle time metrics for this process and drive the appropriate actions to reduce cycle time to implement these changes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSJurisdictional Compliance– Research, interpret, and apply jurisdictional regulations to ensure adherence to Title & Registration requirements. Communicate legislative updates to internal teams and clients. Regulatory Monitoring & Implementation – Track jurisdictional changes and proactively adjust processes and policies to maintain compliance. Work closely with government agencies and licensing authorities as needed. Client Compliance Management – Ensure client adherence to jurisdictional requirements by providing guidance, documentation, and ongoing support for title and registration processes. Executive Updates & Strategic Reporting Provide leadership with regular updates on jurisdictional changes, compliance risks, and business impact. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and compliance summaries and present findings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Compliance Services leadership, Sales, Account Management, and Client Services to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into operational processes. Coordinate with business excellence partners to document current-state processes and implement post-change process updates. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement – Develop and implement best practices for managing jurisdictional compliance. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Data & System Oversight – Maintain and update internal systems to reflect jurisdictional requirements. Collaborate with IT to maintain business rules, complete testing as part of jurisdictional changes, and communicate status effectively. Escalate delays with leadership to prioritize client satisfaction.LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESThis role has no direct reports.COMPETENCIES - SKILLSExperience in jurisdictional compliance, regulatory affairs, or title & registration services. Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex regulatory environments. Proven experience in monitoring and interpreting legislative changes and integrating them into business operations. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Familiarity with DMV regulations, licensing authorities, and compliance frameworks preferred.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations or related field preferred or minimum of 5 years in business systems and change management environment 5 years experience in vehicle registration services, or related field. Knowledgeable of title & registration services, regulatory compliance, or related fields preferred. Pay Range:
$70,400-$98,600The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
