Junior Web Content Specialist

Job Description

Being a Junior Web Content Specialist, you will be acting as a single point of contact for our clients. You will be coordinating various internal and external stakeholders to achieve on-time content publishing on the client’s web site, providing high quality and in accordance with brand design guidelines and general web standards.

 So what's the role all about?

Take ownership of specific project(s) – monitor, provide updates and maintain targets

Responsible for the overall project healthiness, including relationship with client representatives

Establish and maintain long-term relationship with the client

Manage expectations, negotiate reasonable targets acceptable to all stakeholders

Coordinate virtual teams spread across the globe to achieve commitments

Pro-actively identify areas for improvement or business expansion

You are the one we’re looking for if you:

Experience in handling tasks through ticketing tracking system

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

Excellent knowledge and usage of MS Office applications

Demonstrate resilience and ability to work on own initiative

Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Experience working with Web Content Management System and Expertise in Client Web Design Standards will be considered an advantage
