We invite you to join IDT as a Junior UI/UX Designer. You’ll be creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.What you'll do:Assist in shaping the direction and design language of our mobile and web productsSupport the design team in design system maintenance and keeping designs well documentedGather feedback from stakeholders and iterate quicklyHelp think holistically across all touchpoints of mobile app and create a unified experienceContribute to the growth and maintenance of our cross-platform, cross-functional design systemParticipate in workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teamsWhat you bring to the role: 1-3 years of experience within Product Design or related fieldDecent competency in Figma for designing and prototypingStrong interest in visual, UI, and mobile interaction designInterest and willingness to learn and grow in a service design mindset, framing problems in context to our UX strategyPassion in doing clickable prototypes while doing the discussion for UX solutionsPrototyping at the right abstractions and levels of high and low fidelity for efficiencyInterest in systems thinking and how changes in design have ripple effectsComfortable in an open collaborative design environment; feedback is sought early and oftenGood English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsWhat you'll need to excel in this role:Proven experience as a Junior Designer or similar with a portfolio of your design workBasic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, LottieFiles, or similarKnowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologiesGood English language skills, along with excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration abilities, as you'll be working with a diverse, multinational team spread across the globeAbility to think strategically and translate business goals into design solutionsInterest in creating micro animations, UX gamification, and understanding of business needs at past worked projectsExperience with the Agile development environment will be considered a plusA few words about us:
