Job DescriptionReporting to our client management team, you will ensure flawless delivery of creative assets across platforms. You will oversee the trafficking of digital campaign materials, making sure all creative formats are aligned with media specifications, platform requirements, and campaign goals. You will be the final checkpoint between our creative and media teams, guaranteeing that all assets are ready to go live without issues.
Review all creative assets (static, video, HTML5, etc.) to ensure they meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and are aligned with the media plan.Validate that assets are adapted to required formats and sizes for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, DV360, and others.Organize the trafficking process of campaign materials, ensuring delivery to media platforms or vendors.Act as the final reviewer before assets go live—checking that all elements (copy, visuals, CTAs) are correct, functional, and optimized per platform standards.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a digital agency setting.Proficient in major advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360.Strong experience in numerical detail and analysisDemonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demandsStrong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencingAdditional InformationJoin Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritize your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.
