Responsibilities: * Ensure all assets and hardware devices are properly tracked in ServiceNow and perform audits as device requested * Oversee on-site setups, installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing of equipment, including imaging equipment, network cabling, etc. * Diagnose technical errors or problems and determine appropriate solutions * Adhere to all clients procedures and required safety protocols * Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to restore incidents * Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate recommendations, and deliver briefings as needed * Foster positive relationships with on-site personnel, internal support teams, and support partners * Attend meetings and provide feedback to address field-related concerns * Stand or sit for extended periods of time
