We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will provide technical support for our telecommunication services, troubleshoot network issues, and assist in the maintenance of telecom equipment and infrastructure. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree or coursework in Telecommunications, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Some experience in technical support or telecommunications-related roles (internships, entry-level positions, or relevant coursework) is a plus but not required. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of telecommunications systems (voice, data, internet services). Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addresses, routers, switches, VLANs). Understanding of broadband technologies, Wi-Fi setup, and common telecom equipment (routers, modems, phone systems). Knowledge of diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
