**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have a strong technical foundation and a keen interest in understanding business processes and technology. You will play a key part in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear technical documentation for the development team, and ensuring our software solutions align with business needs.
**Responsibilities**
**Requirements Gathering & Analysis**
+ Collaborate with end users, clients, and business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
+ Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.
+ Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications or user stories for the development team.
**Stakeholder Communication**
+ Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring both sides have a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
+ Facilitate discussions, meetings, and workshops to elicit requirements, clarify doubts, and resolve issues.
+ Communicate technical concepts in an accessible manner for non-technical stakeholders.
**Documentation (Core Focus)**
+ Draft and maintain comprehensive **Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)** , **Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)** , and **User Stories** .
+ Create clear and accurate **process maps** , **workflow diagrams** , and **flowcharts** (using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar) to visually represent business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
+ Document use cases, acceptance criteria, and change requests as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Maintain detailed meeting notes, decision logs, and action items to ensure transparency and traceability.
+ Organize and update documentation repositories, ensuring all project documents are up-to-date, versioned, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
+ Develop training materials, FAQs, or user guides to support business users during rollout or transition to new systems.
**Support & Collaboration**
+ Support the development and QA teams by clarifying requirements, workflows, and business rules during implementation and testing phases.
+ Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help coordinate feedback from business stakeholders.
+ Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management or project stakeholders.
**Learning & Development**
+ Learn about the company’s products, platforms, and business processes.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and technology.
+ Seek opportunities to improve documentation standards and processes within the team.
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
+ Strong technical literacy and interest in technology.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular strength in documentation and explaining complex concepts clearly.
+ Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io).
+ Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple documents and versions.
+ Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
+ Willingness and motivation to learn.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Internship or project experience in business analysis, process mapping, or requirements documentation.
+ Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
+ Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle concepts.
+ Experience with preparing user guides, FAQs, or training materials is a plus.
