We are looking for a thoughtful and proactive Junior Technical Business Analyst to strengthen our Reporting Platform team. In this role, you act as a connector between people, processes, and technology. You ensure that our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of our data and analytics teams. You’ll work in a dynamic and supportive environment where no two days are the same. Together with stakeholders, you’ll explore opportunities, analyse processes, and contribute to solutions that make a real difference. Weekly check-ins with fellow Business Analysts provide space for reflection, learning, and shared progress.

As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in connecting people and ideas. You help define challenges and opportunities by gathering both technical and non-technical input. You bring together users, engineers, and architects, and translate their needs into clear, actionable insights. You’ll guide the team with your expertise and contribute to a safe, future-proof platform.
Your responsibilities include:
Deeply understanding the goals and needs of the business, and translating them into clear (technical) requirements.
Translating business questions into IT solutions aligned with our Azure Cloud architecture.
Leading the analysis process and supporting the team and product owner in preparing well-defined backlog items.
Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.
Ensuring that our platform meets security and compliance standards.
Advising and supporting both business and development teams, and fostering collaboration to get things done.

This 18-month program is designed to help you grow – professionally and personally. You’ll start in a junior role within a team, take part in workshops and training sessions, and gain hands-on experience from day one. There’s plenty of room for creativity and initiative, and you’ll be encouraged to co-create events, learning moments, and knowledge-sharing sessions. You’ll build a strong network and develop skills that will benefit you throughout your career.
In the Early Career Program IT, you’ll focus on personal leadership, sustainability, and understanding the banking world. You’ll choose an IT track that suits your interests and work closely with your team. Weekly sessions with other starters offer inspiration, connection, and shared learning. Through real business challenges, you’ll explore different parts of the bank and discover where you can make the most impact.
1–3 years of experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure and data
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps ways of working
A passion for data analytics and cloud platforms, and a drive to keep learning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Affinity with both business and IT: from writing user stories to refining and planning
Enjoy working in a complex environment where growth, compliance, and innovation go hand in hand
