Depot Audit

1, Repair estimate Accuracy:  review the estimates issued by depot and confirm all damages located within ITCO and extra EXSIF requirement

2, Turn time manner of depot activity:  chasing depot to meet the time frame for EXISF tanks , such as estimating , modification , price quoting repairing ,testing and OHS.

3, Repair Quality: check the repair during repairing and repair complete to be sure EXSIF tanks are proper repaired, same to the testing and modification too,.

4, Other depot affairs : such as inventory accuracy and gate control- be sure the EXSIF inventory report is accurate , cost control – control the cost of repair and mod to be more economical / and more economical repair method  

Supporting and Service

5, Internal technical supporting : trouble shooting for the technical issue from customers’ side, remote technical support for technical issue, on-site technical supporting.

6, Business information collection: try to collect business information during depot audit – both competitors storage/repair situation or customers information
