Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer to join our growing Team. In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.Use various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean search) to identify potential candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Conduct initial outreach to candidates and engage them with compelling messaging.Screen resumes and assess candidate fit based on job requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related HR role.Languages: Fluent in English and Polish (C2), with strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with attention to detail.Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.What We Offer
