Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including active search, sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate presentation. Your expertise in technical recruitment, particularly blue collar manufacturing positions, preferably within the aerospace industry, will be crucial. Roles and Responsibilities
IParticipation in recruitment meetings with hiring managers and HR.
Advising hiring managers on the steps of the recruitment and selection process.
Ensuring effective sourcing of internal and external candidates according to relevant job criteria with a focus on active candidates via job boards, recruitment databases and referrals.
Sourcing - developing passive candidate pipelines: GE Aviation database, LinkedIn, Boolean Search etc.
Presenting a relevant candidate slate (shortlist) with recommendations.
Interviewing candidates (mainly: phone, video).
Preparing reports and metrics.
Ensuring general compliance with HR policies.
Ensuring strong candidate experience.
Supporting recruitment strategic projects (for example improving applicant diversity).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in recruitment activities
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of LinkedIn platform
English & Czech language skill
Desired Characteristics
Experience/knowledge of the Aerospace industry would be helpful, but is not a requirement.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
