What will you do at Infobip?
You will provide user support for office IT infrastructure, workstations, and user related applications to all Infobip employees.You will try to understand computer systems and its components to be able to tell the advantages and disadvantages of different models and recommend the right one for certain purposes.You will do researching, testing and implementation of IT systems and technologies.You will be applying new technologies to improve or replace existing systems.You will be contributing to brainstorming sessions with suggestions on how to improve different services or processes.You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.You will proactively share knowledge and help your colleagues, making time to support them.
