The Role

First-level Systems Administrator at Kyndryl is a IT Specialist who is a part of a technical team that supports critical infrastructure for our customers. A  basic knowledge of system administration (Windows/Linux) is required and provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex incidents . Responds in first-line product support to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

In this role , the following tasks are performed:

Provide first-level technical support for systems and network environments.Maintain IT infrastructure to ensure performance and availability.Escalate incidents when needed and collaborate with higher-level support teams.Document procedures and contribute to continuous process improvement.Perform procedural system maintenance tasks

Job qualifications:

Grado superior de Administración de sistemas informáticos en la redCerca de Barcelona para venir a la oficinaMinimum 3 - 4 years of shown experience as administrator of the following technologies:Microsoft Windows ServerLinux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, Suse, etc)

Required Languages :
