Join us as a graduate in Operational Excellence & Supply Chain Support and turn fresh ideas into faster, smarter, top-quality processes. **Your role:** + Drive Kaizen events and Six Sigma mini-projects that deliver visible wins + Dive into data: analyse trends, spot bottlenecks, and share insights with cross-functional teams + Co-create and maintain lean tools, standard operating procedures, and best practices + Partner with quality and supply chain teams to keep products compliant and customers happy + Measure our Operational Excellence maturity and plot the next-level roadmap + Share and deploy an operational excellence mindset in the organization **You're the right fit if:** (4 x bullets max) + You recently graduated for your **Bachelor** or **Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field** + You have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills and can work in an environment where not everything is set in stone + You have a passion for supply chain and continuous-improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma + You are an excellent communicator, team player and good in managing different stakeholders + Next to the above you are also proactive, curious, and eager to drive change in a fast-paced environment + You are fluent in English **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
