What will you do?Responsabilities:
Coordinating assembly related tasks together with the Supervisor Assembly Seeks solutions and takes care of keeping an good overview of all broken and defect parts in the shop Proposes and discusses improvements on the shop floor Frequently checks upon activities completed by shop floor employees and discusses results with the Supervisor Assembly and Mechanics Processes administrative tasks in support of the Supervisor Assembly (E.g. time registration, material orders, inspections and calibrations) Oversees execution of company, maintenance, labor and safety instructions plus reports deviations to Supervisor Assembly What do you need to bring?Required knowledge of:
Machine applications, shop floor skills and repair skills Machine equipment and tools Organizing, planning, communication and delegating Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Assessment of defects and deviations
