**The Junior Supervisor, with expertise in engineering, electrical, and hydraulic trades, is responsible for managing the upkeep of production equipment and building facilities. This position leads a team of maintenance and support staff to ensure all systems and areas of the facility remain fully operational, safe, and clean.**
**Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing maintenance budgets, scheduling and executing preventive maintenance programs, and responding promptly to equipment breakdowns or emergency situations. The Maintenance Supervisor also coordinates with vendors and contractors, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and operational standards. This role is critical in sustaining facility efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall production performance.**
**Jr. Supervisor**
+ schedule and plan all maintenance work orders and PM’s
+ ensure that all work is completely correctly and in a timely manner
+ attend internal stakeholder meetings to support production requirements with minimal downtime
+ supervises a team of ~18 maintenance technicians and auxiliary personnel
+ document detailed reports on facility and production equipment
+ ensure that all material and labor are accounted for prior to starting a job
+ assist with managing the MRO storeroom, as needed
+ other tasks and duties, when required by Management
**No engineering background required** Supervisor experience required, and some trade experience would be beneficial.
**Qualifications:**
**Three to Five years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with a proven track record of supervising a team.**
**Trade skills: Electrical, hydraulic and some engineering experience preferred**
**Industrial equipment Troubleshooting, servicing and repair experience**
**Strong people leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations are crucial.**
**Manage department budget and work with diverse teams**

**The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000** **plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
