What You'll Do

In this role as Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will support the execution and implementation of marketing and communication activities that enhance the visibility and market presence of BCG in Switzerland, operating under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) to support key initiatives and to contribute to impactful results. As a part-time position, the role will prioritize both external and internal initiative Finish s, with flexibility to support external campaigns, events and social media activities as time permits. This role will involve close collaboration with the Zurich office team, local leadership, and Central Europe marketing counterparts.

                              
Key Responsibilities:

Internal and External CommunicationsYou have first experience in project management. You think in line with the 360-degree principle and know how to tailor content for all relevant channels in a target-group-appropriate way. You’ll support under guidance the planning and implementation of internal and external communications-related projects in the Swiss market, from mailings, to external campaigns to our intranet and other marketing and communications-related activities.

What You'll Bring

You have completed an academic degree ideally in communications, marketing, economics or in social sciences.1-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications – preferably gained in a consulting environment, communications agency, or editorial office.You are flexible, work well under pressure, and you’re extremely reliable.Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent. Knowledge of French is an advantage.You are familiar with all common business and office tools and have experience in using them for professional communication work. You’re a great team player and an interest in inclusive communications and a passion for diversity-related initiatives is highly valued.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll be part of a three-member “Country Excellence” team based in Switzerland and dedicated to driving Marketing and Communications efforts for the Swiss market. While your primary focus will be on engaging with key stakeholders in our Zurich and Geneva offices, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues across BCG’s broader Central Europe region. The CE team brings together a variety of complementary profiles, fostering a dynamic and collaborative working environment. Your manager will support you in getting familiar with the organization and developing your professional skills. In addition, you will be able to continuously draw on the experience and expertise of your teammates.
