We are making every move count We are seeking a talentedJunior Specialist, Master Data, to deliver master data services in line with customers’ needs and expectations. Main tasks and responsibilities + Perform transactional activity related to the Master data area, including Vendor Master data. + Communicate and coordinate with Master data team. + Ensure quality and timeliness. + Monitor and resolve Master data related queries. + Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures. + Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the KFSSC. What you’ll need to succeed + Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or business, obtained or studies in progress Experience. + 1 to 3 years of experience in ITP or Master data area. + Finance traineeship. + English – written and spoken + Experience handling queries ranging from simple to complex. + Good time management and attention to detail. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. + Hands-on experience with ERP/Cloud systems preferred. + Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or alternatively Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is considered an advantage. + Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices. + Display a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies.
