Junior Sourcer Location: London Department People Salary Range: Not Specified Advertising End Date: 03 Aug 2025 **Job Description** **Junior Sourcer** London/ Hybrid **The Talent Acquisition Team** You will join a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals who are dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent that drives the success of our organisation. We are committed to providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. **The role:** Youwill support theTalent Acquisition team attract and source the top talent to enable future success of News UK and its brands. You will work across all areas of the business. Manage the advertising and promotion of roles, identifying talent and support throughout the recruitment process. **Day to day you will:** + Maintain our applicant tracking system, making necessary updates and ensuring best practice is maintained. + Manage recruitment team mailbox and general enquiries. + Partner with Talent Acquisition partners to identify and attract suitable candidates through direct sourcing methods. + Understand hiring requirements to support team in sourcing and screening applicants. + Deliver accurate and timely data reporting. + Collate interview feedback from managers and candidates. + Support with all advertising of vacancies, including drafting job adverts in line with best practice. + Assisting with content for social media, website and internal microsite. + Create and maintain talent pools to ensure a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates. **What we’re looking for from you:** This role offers lots of opportunity to learn but some experience in Talent Acquisition coordination / sourcing might be beneficial. You also have: + An inquisitive and curious nature. + Excellent communication for speaking with prospective candidates, hiring managers and members of the HR team. + Excellent written communication skills for editing job descriptions, creating presentations and other documents. + Strong administration and organisational skill for juggling a variety of projects. + Adept at basic reporting and working with data. + Previous customer/ client service experience.
