We're making every move count We are looking for aJunior Solution Specialist, Financial Reportingto join our ESG, Finance, and HR team at Kalmar Information Management organization. As a Solution Specialist, you will be a key player in strengthening our competence in the Financial Reporting solution area, with a specific focus on ourHyperion Financial Management(HFM)system. You will be working in close co-operation with group and business controlling, and your IM colleagues to support the development of systems and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient reporting process for both external reporting and financial planning. Preferred locations: Sofia and Helsinki. Main tasks and responsibilities + Maintaining and developing Kalmar consolidation tool (Oracle Hyperion, HFM), e.g. input forms, reports, monthly maintenance breaks + Maintain and develop HFM integrations (SQL-server) + Maintain user authentication for HFM + Providing user support for application users + Work together with defined internal stakeholders to improve and develop applications and ways of working + Document the new solution requirements according to agreed process + Testing of new developed features + Support period end closing activities. What you’ll need to succeed The ideal candidate is a current student or recent graduate in fields such as: + Finance, Accounting, or Economics + Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Needed competencies: + A genuine interest in the synergy between finance and technology + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment + The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting. While not mandatory, familiarity with the following would be advantageous: + Basic principles of financial accounting and reporting + Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) + Knowledge of financial consolidation softwares (Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream) + An understanding of databases and SQL.
