Skills and Requirements Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree  5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer  3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.  Required ServiceNow required certification:  Certified System Administrator (baseline)  Certified Application Developer (baseline) Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies  Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts  Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)  Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.  Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly  Experience with the US Federal Government  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
