Junior SAP Payroll Solution Engineer
Location: Romania, Hungary or Czech Republic
Full remote work
Responsibilities:
• Supporting clients on requests addressed to the client’s tool:
Current updates and monitoring applications (characteristics, description, status, priorities),
Conducting communication through official ticketing system
• Configuration / programming:
Business analysis concerning the area of human resources and payroll,
Preparing the specifications of the proposed solutions,
Testing of implemented changes,
Preparing technical documentation concerning the changes in accordance with the accepted standards of the company,
Solving current (standard and custom) problems in SAP HCM,
Implementing new functionalities based on the change request process in SAP HCM,
Self-configuring systems in the area: OM / PA / PT / PY / Reporting,
Keeping the system in compliance with the labor law for a supported country,
Development of existing SAP HCM,
Development of local solutions
• Tasks related with specifications of department
Providing consultation for internal and external client,
Cooperation with client at the local and global level,
Cooperation with SAP for a supported country,
Acting as main contact person for the client on issues relating to the project area,
Compliance with the company processes and procedures
Supporting less experienced colleagues from the team,
Participation in regular team meetings,
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Skills
• Language skills of English on advanced level plus Romanian or Czech would be an asset
• Experience in SAP HR payroll (preferably RO, CZ or HU)
• SAP HCM (PA/PY) module certification is a big plus
• Good IT skills, adherence to IT Principles & Data Security
• Persistence in striving for a goal
• Teamwork orientation
