  Key Tasks

Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Implement data models, workflows, and validation rules to optimize business processes within Salesforce. Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high performance and reliability. Assist in the deployment of Salesforce solutions in a timely manner, following best practices. Maintain documentation for developed solutions, including user guides and technical specifications. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, applying new functionalities to existing systems. Contribute to the integration of Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring data consistency and integrity.    

Technical Developer Requirements:

Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning framework. Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks and best practices. Understanding of database concepts and experience with SOQL and SOSL. Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI (Gen.AI) concepts to enhance automation within Salesforce applications. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies is a plus.  

Qualifications and Experience Level:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experienced with CRM systems and specifically Salesforce.com 1 -2 years project experience in Salesforce development Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I) are a plus
