As a Junior Sales Analyst in our Sales Operations team, you’ll dive straight into the heart of commercial decision-making. From your first day, you’ll contribute to forecasting and investment analysis, helping us understand where our resources deliver the most impact and where we can do better. Your work will support planning, uncover market potential, and guide how we shape promotions and trade terms. It’s a role where your curiosity and analytical mindset will make a real difference.
This is a maternity cover (4 days office based, with Fridays at home)
**What You Can Expect**
+ Analyze sales forecasts and support planning processes.
+ Evaluate trade terms and promotional investments to identify areas for optimization and growth.
+ Work with sell-out data and customer databases to assess performance and spot opportunities.
+ Prepare reports and insights to support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
+ Monitor key KPIs and performance metrics across channels and customers.
+ Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
+ Support the development of reporting tools and dashboards.
+ Participate in ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Bachelor’s degree or current student status, preferably in Quantitative Methods, Economics, Business Analytics or a similar field.
+ 1+ year in a data-focused role, ideally in Sales, Finance or Business analysis.
+ Solid Excel proficiency.
+ Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
+ Basic understanding of trade terms, promotional mechanics, and investment analysis.
+ Comfortable communicating in English.
