You will play a vital role in managing client accounts, driving business revenue, and establishing new clearing and execution client relationships. 2+ years of experience in Financial Markets, the Energy industry or adjacent markets in a similar sales capacity is an advantage, but we are open to considering graduates Demonstrated client-facing experience with the ability to independently interact with internal and external stakeholders of different seniority A disciplined approach to risk management and the ability to intuitively understand and evaluate risk versus reward An understanding of the structural and regulatory environment in different markets Confidence in your ability to generate new business, combined with numerical fluency and strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in Japanese and English is essential given the client relationships you will be managing.
