Our Warsaw office is recruiting for Broker Support position. The job role will include, but not be limited to all aspects of broker back-up duties including close liaison with our Account Executives and colleagues from accounting team to deliver the high standard of service to our Clients.
The role of a Reinsurance Broker Support entails, but is not limited to:
Assisting your colleagues with the review of data on various Excel spreadsheetsAssist in the production of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint presentationsBasic level data analyticsUse of front-end electronic broking systems as and when requiredCataloguing of email correspondence in accordance with our processesAccurate inputting of data on our internal systemsProduction of placement slips to the current standard and to be familiar with latest market trendsProduce Evidence of Covers within GC standard 30 day timeframeNegotiate with reinsurers during quotation / placement processMaintain a quotesheet and marketsheet in Excel throughout the placement progressTo be accountable for all aspects of service and support for their ClientAdherence to Company and departmental procedures
Experience and Qualifications:
Very good command of spoken and written EnglishPC Literate, including Word, Excel & PowerPointUnderstanding of reinsurance / insurance would be most welcomed
