These efforts aim to ensure accurate, consistent, and automated interpretation of SEM images across varying conditions and setups. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop software features and image processing algorithms on Windows + Create design documents and write code in Python + Expand and maintain the image evaluation database + Debug, enhance, and review code; mentor team members + Deliver solutions within limited specs and tight deadlines + Resolve bugs and software crashes + Write automated tests and document test results + Support production with change requests and issue resolution + Collaborate with teams in Brno and Eindhoven + Ensure compliance with legislation and IMS standards **Requirements** + Commerical experience using Python and related technologies. + Balance conceptual understanding with a pragmatic approach + Strong communicative skills, both verbal and written + Continuous quality & performance improvement + Clear and open communication + Willingness to learn and share new ideas with colleagues Join us in our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
