Your Key Responsibilities

 

Coordinating and tracking the progress of the Sales & Operational Planning process and the related activities (Lead Times, Supply Agreements, Capacity Management, Packagining Data Sheet, etc.) Acting as a point of contact for vendors Checking and verification with vendors the capacity situation Analyzing capacity utilization report for Category Management Clarifying the doubts with vendors concerning Supply Agreements Uploading of documents to SAP Preparing the data and reports for teleconferences with vendors and stakeholders Supporting the SupplyOn implementation Working with various communication channels (teleconferences, calls, emails, tickets) Identifying risks and critical areas in the process

 

Your Qualifications

 

Completed studies in Business Administration or related fields  Experience in in related field (Supply Chain, Data Management, Logistics) Very good command of the Polish language (min.B2 level)   Very good command of the English language (min.B2 level)  Knowledge of German language is a plus  Capability to work independently as well as part of a team   Good verbal and written communication skills (willingness to speak with suppliers on a daily basis) Strong organizational skills    Strong analytical skills Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
