Our client is hiring a **Junior Property Accountant** to manage **commercial projects** onsite in their Honolulu, Hawaiian office - working hours are Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Comprehensive benefits package included. **Local applicants only please** . **⏱️ Urgency:** Immediate hire – must be able to start within 2 weeks. **🔑 Role Overview:** The Junior Property Accountant will be responsible for full-cycle accounting across a portfolio of 5-10 commercial properties. This role focuses on generating monthly financial statements, tenant billing, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
