**Overview**
We are seeking an individual eager to further develop as a Project Manager within the eCommerce domain, while also contributing to the implementation process of a company-wide ERP system. This role involves managing eCommerce projects, along with providing direct support in communication, addressing user inquiries, and training new joiners on the ERP tool.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage projects and resources for digital assets in an international client setting, ensuring efficient project delivery.
+ Oversee project phases and collaborate with internal teams to optimize production processes and workflows.
+ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including process mapping and communication templates, with input from senior team members.
+ Conduct training sessions for new joiners on the internal time tracking system, create and update training materials, and serve as the main point of contact for user inquiries.
+ Liaise between employees and technical teams to facilitate communication about system updates and prepare regular communications to keep teams informed.
+ Support monthly report preparation, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborate with management to analyze data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
**Qualifications**
+ Prior project management experience (campaign content production industry/ experience in digital asset production is nice to have)
+ Proficiency in English.
+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Teams, and SharePoint.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
+ Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
