Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical). Minimum 2 years work experience. Experience in project management or project coordination would be advantages. Experience or exposure to a workshop environment will be advantages. Knowledge of material forming and material cutting will be advantages. Knowledge of different material profiles and material grades will be advantages. Knowledge of different welding processes and the fundamentals of welding will be advantages
- Manage projects from concept to completion by identifying client opportunities and defining detailed requirements, including interpreting fabrication drawings.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers, coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes, and verify purchase orders.
- Oversee project preparation, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and site installation, ensuring technical compliance, timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective communication across teams.
- Conduct client inspections and secure sign-offs at project completion, initiate invoicing, compile documentation, and prepare project and financial summaries for management.
- Maintain ongoing client interaction and liaison.
- Methodically assemble and submit technical and commercial offers or tenders on time.
- Continuously track, monitor, and report on commercial performance throughout project execution.
N$30 000 per month
