If you’re looking for a meaningful role in an international environment, we look forward to welcoming you to our team. **Your assignments:** + Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects + Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies + Support the smooth transfer of technology related to molds and injection molding machines + Assist in the standardization of best practices in injection molding + Participate in global projects + Support value streams in assessing moldability and evaluating product development costs + Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for injection molding-related equipment + Collaborate with suppliers and vendors and coordinate the bidding process in partnership with Procurement + Support concept and design reviews with internal process owners and potential external suppliers + Lead the process development for injection molding + Support or lead Design Qualification (DQ), Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), as well as Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) activities within CAPEX projects + Support or lead equipment implementation + Assist in monitoring and reporting CAPEX expenditures for each project **Your profile:** + Technical degree in mechanical engineering with practical experience in production environments + At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, specifically in molding processes + Proven expertise in injection molding process development + Familiarity with the latest injection molding machine technologies available on the market + Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment + Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication skills + Proficiency in CAD drawing (2D and 3D) + Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken + Willingness to travel **Our offer for you** **:** There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius because we have a lot to offer.
