Kforce has a client seeking a Junior Project Coordinator & Support Specialist in Miami, FL (Florida).
Franchisee Engagement & Site Surveys:
* Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees to ensure they complete site surveys on time
* Guide franchisees in capturing clear photos of existing cabling, POS equipment, and hardware
* Follow up assertively with franchisees to secure site survey submissions
Project Coordination:
* Support the deployment plan by coordinating with Oracle and internal teams to ensure timely ordering of equipment based on site survey results
* Monitor progress and proactively identify any risks that could delay deployments
* Ensure deployment readiness for nightly rollouts (20 stores per night starting in August)
Deployment Support:
* Attend select deployments between 10 PM and 7 AM as part of training and quality assurance
* Provide Level 1 technical support during deployments, escalating complex issues to the hiring manager as needed
* Maintain documentation of all site surveys, deployment steps, and support cases
Level 1 Support & Escalation:
* Serve as the initial point of contact for support calls from franchisees, triaging issues and resolving or escalating as appropriate
* Strive to minimize support calls through proactive communication and effective problem-solving
