Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator
Job Description

The Junior Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing project documentation, coordinating revisions and distributions, and preparing standard project status reports for the project delivery team, clients, and management. The reports typically include updates on status, budget, schedule, and risk. This role requires coordination and scheduling of meetings and communication plans concerning projects among team members and/or clients. Additionally, the Junior Project Coordinator coordinates and obtains vendor quotations for processing and assists with project administration deliverables such as meeting minutes, budget tracking, schedule updates, move management, and project closeout.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage project documentation.Coordinate documentation revisions and distributions.Prepare standard project status reports for the project delivery team, client, and management.Coordinate and schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects among team members and clients.Coordinate and obtain vendor quotations for processing.Assist with project administration deliverables including meeting minutes, budget tracking, schedule updates, move management, and project closeout.Essential Skills1 year of experience with office administrative functions (experience in construction is a plus but not required).Strong organizational skills.Aptitude and ambition/desire to work for a General Contractor.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Project administration.Document control.Administrative support.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction, or related field.Work Environment

The position requires working on-site in an office environment from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.84/hr.
