Responsibilities:
Coordinate community and volunteering programs aligned with the firm's global engagement strategyServe as a key liaison and first point of contact for stakeholders and managing those relationshipsSupport the team with planning and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and employee engagement initiativesOwn all logistics: scheduling, internal comms, materials, reporting and feedbackAnalyse data and provide insights to improve programsCollaborate across teams to ensure flawless execution of high-impact campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a junior program or project coordination role (ideally within a corporate setting)Exposure to corporate company culture and internal stakeholder dynamicsComfortable with public speaking, presenting, and leading sessionsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindsetStrong communication skills — engaging, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
The Details:
12-month full-time temporary assignment with potential to extend or a potential to transition to a long-term role if you impress - plus many opportunities within the firm5 days a week in office£160 - 200 per day (including holiday pay)
