You will be working closely with global teams and major brands to support key business decisions and drive optimization and efficiency at both the project and portfolio level. **Responsibilities** **Your impact:** + Ability to work with people in the company on all levels and in various geos. + Support of resource planning, resource allocation and capacity management our project management tool. + Proficiency in project estimation based on client intake briefs. + System subject matter expert. **Qualifications** **Your skills & experience:** + Experience in project management, operations or data analytics experience + exposure to report building and analysis from the lense of a PM + The role is really focused on tools proficiency and data, primarily in SAP Roar. + The ideal candidate need to have an interest in project management, people management and financials. + Demonstrated ability to identify / resolve issues + Trainable and teachable attitude + Be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects + Strong verbal and written communication skills in Ensglish (B2) + Bachelor's degree required + Proficiency in Excel
