Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all on-site activities for interior and civil projects. Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project objectives. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Manage project documentation and report progress to management. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical support as needed. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and safety. Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and new team members.
