Junior Producer - Creative Adaptation

What does a Junior Producer do at Hogarth? 
The Junior Producer at Hogarth is an entry-level role designed for an enthusiastic and highly organized individual eager to build a career in content production. Working closely with Mid-Level and Senior Producers, you will support the end-to-end production of various creative assets, learning Hogarth's unique workflows and best practices. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of post-production, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a global production powerhouse. This role is specifically assigned  to Creative Adaptation & Versioning work for EMEA markets. Working across assets for multiple platforms – TV, Cinema, Online, Social & DOOH.

Requirements

Project Support:

Assist Mid-Level and Senior Producers in managing the production lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Owning simple adaptation projects across multiple clients.

Help create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and production plans.

Support the tracking of project progress and flag potential delays or issues to the lead Producer.

Communication & Coordination:

Facilitate communication between various internal teams (e.g., Retouching, CGI, Video Editing, Transcreation, Print Production) and external partners.

Assist in gathering project requirements and assets from client service teams and creative agencies.

Help organize and distribute project briefs, feedback, and final deliverables.

Asset & File Management:

Ensure all project assets (e.g., images, videos, copy, brand guidelines) are correctly organized, named, and stored in Hogarth's Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Assist with the preparation and delivery of final files, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.

Quality Control Assistance:

Support the quality control process by reviewing deliverables against briefs and checklists, identifying any discrepancies or errors.

Help ensure all revisions are accurately implemented.

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks related to production, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing documentation.

Learning & Development:

Actively learn Hogarth's production processes, tools, and technologies.

Develop a foundational understanding of different media types (print, digital, video, OOH, social) and their production requirements.

Seek opportunities to expand knowledge and take on more responsibility.

 

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in a production support role, internship, or a related field within an agency, production company, or marketing department.

Recent graduates with relevant coursework or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Proficiency:

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

An interest in or basic understanding of creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and file formats is beneficial.
