Overview We’re looking for a confident and highly organised Junior Producer with 2–3 years of experience in experiential or live event production to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone ready to step up and take on more responsibility while continuing to learn and grow under the guidance of Senior and Executive Producers. You’ll play a key part in supporting the smooth delivery of a wide range of experiential activations — from creative logistics to supplier management and on-site coordination — helping to bring bold ideas to life in the real world. Key Responsibilities Support Senior and Executive Producers in the delivery of live and experiential projects from planning through to execution. Own specific production workstreams with increasing independence, managing timelines, logistics, and supplier relationships. Assist in resourcing, supplier contracting, and budgeting, including raising POs, tracking costs, and liaising with finance. Help manage production documentation such as schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, and event briefs. Contribute to logistics planning, including travel, accommodation, equipment coordination and crew management. Provide hands-on support during site visits, builds, and live days, acting as a dependable and solutions-oriented team member. Participate in project wrap-ups and debriefs, helping to capture key learnings and drive continuous improvement. Maintain close collaboration with creative, client services, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Skills & Experience 2–3 years of experience in experiential, live events, or brand activations — ideally within an agency or production company. Strong project coordination and logistical planning skills, with a proactive and resourceful mindset. Exceptional attention to detail and comfort handling multiple tasks across varying timelines. Confident communicating with suppliers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders. Calm under pressure and reliable on-site, with a “get-it-done” attitude. Strong working knowledge of production processes, documentation, and basic budgeting. Familiar with standard production tools (e.g. Excel, Google Workspace, Monday.com or equivalent). Passionate about experiences and excited to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team working at pace. .
