Therefore, we are consolidating our internal services into a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with the largest center located in Krakow. Within the GBS we have the Operational Fleet Team which is serving several countries with fleet management services. To strengthen our Operational Fleet team, we are looking for a Fleet Procurement Specialist with fluency in English language and hands-on experience working in Fleet Management/Procurement. Responsibilities:

Play a vital role in the GBS Fleet operational team in Krakow;Provide on a high service level the Businesses with the requested proactive Operational Fleet Management services according to the local car policy or local guidelines;Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders;Handle all contractual services including the operations, administrative functions, information systems and products purchasing;Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;Monitor the safety and quality performance of fleet in relation to goals and improvement of operational efficiencies;    Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements;Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm;Reporting Line:  GBS Fleet Team Lead;Supports the overall direction of the Company's car fleet programs including design, implementation, communication, and administration;

Requirements / work experience:

Good knowledge of MS Office tools like MS Excel, MS Word, OutlookProficient in business English (B2/C1)Bachelors/Master’s degreeExcellent communication skills  and team work spiritAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamCustomer focus with proactive attitudeService-orientedOrganizational and prioritization skillsAnalytical, pro-active, flexible, stress resistant, structurally organizedAffinity with Automotive branch, cars, purchasing and leasing would be a plusKnowledge of business practices and laws regarding fleet operations would be a strong plusHands- on experience working with SAP (purchasing module) would be a strong plusExperience working in shared services environment would be a strong plus.Experience in procurement area would be a strong plus
