NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Junior PMO Analyst in Athens with a strong background in business analysis, reporting, software delivery, and release management to join our IT Service Management team and to work with our clients in the European public sector.

The PMO Officer will support the Contract and Service Management Team in Large Scale Project of a European Organisation. This role involves setting up and managing an efficient Project Management Office (PMO) to handle planning, service levels, demand management, quality, compliance, security audits, and administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with Framework Contract obligations and high service quality.
Your role:
Contract oversight, including Framework Quality Plan updates, audits, and compliance with standards (e.g., TEMPO, ISO, ITIL/COBIT).Coordinate short-/medium-/long-term service demands, track milestones, and escalate delays via Monthly Progress Reports.Monitor SLAs/OLAs/ToCs, support QA/QC, implement Service Improvement Plans, and handle incident/problem/complaint management.Assess risks, maintain registers, ensure data protection/security compliance, and assist in audits (internal/external).Produce monthly status & progress reports, facilitate meetings (e.g., monthly meetings), and manage administrative tasks (e.g., invoicing, tool access).Maintain repositories, identify optimizations, and support handover/takeover processes.Why NTT DATA?

Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.1 to 4 years of experience in PMO, Project Management roles.Knowledge of SLAs, and tools (e.g., Jira/SMT, SharePoint).Experience in audit/risk/reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Fluency in English (B2 level minimum). Knowledge of French is a plus.You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).Nice to have:
PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certification.Familiarity with EU IT ecosystems.Stakeholder coordination skills.
