**Junior People & Culture Generalist - VIE Contract**

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

**About the job**
_As_ **_Junior People & Culture Generalist_** **_VIE_** _within our Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of tasks, providing a comprehensive overview of People & Culture (Human Resources) responsibilities within the local affiliate of a large international company. The core focus lies in designing and coordinating local initiatives related to Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Change Management. This mission will also enable you to discover the Swiss labor law, social insurances and pension._

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Organize local onboarding days for newcomers.
+ Act for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy and support local Employee Resource Group.
+ Support different People & Culture initiatives and projects for Swiss affiliate, specifically in the area of development.
+ Organize events such as Networking events or Career Talks.
+ Support People & Culture Business Partners in their daily tasks.
+ Support People & Culture communication (intranet, internal social media).
+ Coordinate change management within local organization regarding change in People & Culture operating model.
+ Regularly update different reports for People & Culture Power BI Dashboards.
**About you**
**Experience** :
+ Experience with Human resources, change management, onboarding processes or event organization.
+ Familiarity with HR analytics or dashboard reporting tool.
+ Experience in international company and knowledge of Swiss labour law is a plus.
**Soft and Technical skills:**
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Project management abilities.
+ Good interpersonal skills.
+ Capacity to work autonomously.
+ Very high sense of rigor.
+ Protectiveness and flexibility.
+ High sense of confidentiality.
+ Excellent organization skills and good resistance to stress.
+ Good knowledge of the Office Pack.
+ Knowledge of HR SAP and Workday is a plus.
+ Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles.
**Education** :
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Business / Economics / Human Resources or related field.
**Languages** :
+ Fluent English (written and verbal).
+ Fluent French (written and verbal).
+ Fluent German (B2 level) would be an advantage.
