We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in payroll and human resources.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employeesMaintain accurate payroll records and employee data.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.Assist in generating payroll reports for management.Support audits by preparing necessary documentation.Stay updated on payroll policies and legal changes

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)Very good knowledge of Spanish and EnglishOutstanding orientation on customerStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.Payroll/HR/Finance/Accounting experience will be an advantage
