Join Lenovo’s global HR team! We are looking for the Junior Payroll Specialist - Student who is going to support mainly the In House Payroll Team with daily operation tasks, administrative activities and archive. This includes work with new hire documents, sick leave documents, terminated employees, others.
The Junior Payroll Specialist Intern will be part of Slovakia In House Payroll team to process administrative payroll tasks internally, cooperate with HR functions to ensure the effective delivery of end to end payroll processing and query management. The position is based in Bratislava and reports to Payroll Manager in Slovakia.
Duties include:
• Ensure payroll administrative duties are dealt with in a timely manner • Follows all processes upon to local legislation and internal rules • Use internal tools and prepare appropriate input data for payroll calculations to ensure proper payroll processing • Partner with Internal Stakeholders
Position Requirements:
• Availability for 20 hours per week• Speak, read and write English fluently• Familiar with MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word • Some experience in Service Centre environment and / or HR & Payroll Environment advantage • Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people • Good relationship management, negotiation and facilitation skills • Degree preferred ( Bachelor's degree)
