Responsibilities:

•\tProvide 24/7 surveillance and support for internal departments and external customers to troubleshoot problematic systems or trends.

•\tMeet aggressive network availability, MTTR, and ticket handling objectives, offering hands-on leadership during network events and incidents.

•\tProactively collect and analyze network data to validate assumptions and identify trends.

•\tDeliver real-time communication internally and externally, ensuring transparency and swift issue resolution.

•\tCollaborate with wireless carrier partners to identify and resolve interactions between their network and the Cisco Network.

•\tEngage directly with designers, developers, program managers, and network quality testers—self-starters eager to contribute and innovate will thrive in this role.

•\tExhibit a passion for customer service and a commitment to 'right the first time' principles.

Candidate Qualifications:

•\tBS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

•\t2+ years of relevant work experience.

•\tDemonstrated eagerness to excel and stand out among peers, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.

•\tHighly motivated with a proven track record of aggressive problem-solving and success in challenging environments.

•\tUnderstanding of DNS, CDN, and application load balancing fundamentals.

•\tExperience with web frameworks and data APIs is a plus.

•\tWorking knowledge of SQL-like databases desired.

•\tExperience in a SaaS or hosted application service provider environment.

•\tStrong analytical, communication, and customer interfacing skills.

•\tEffective at working with technical teams across the company; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

•\tMust be a self-starter with the ambition to learn, innovate, and create effective solutions independently and collaboratively.

•\tAbility to work independently and as part of a highly motivated team.

•\tFlexibility to work shift hours, including weekdays and weekend days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
