The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Identifies guest needs, provides personalized bar service, and recommends or upsells beverages to enhance the experience. + Prepares cocktails and curated drinks based on recipes and outlet themes, including food and wine pairings. + Supports bartenders and ensures smooth operations by assisting with service, setup, and guest interaction. + Processes all drink transactions accurately and maintains attractive, well-organized bar displays. + Conducts bar opening, closing, cleaning, inventory, and ensures hygiene and stock control, including expiry checks. + Follows alcohol service policies, handles guest inquiries, supports team goals, and complies with all SOPs and HACCP standards. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant. + Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable). + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms. + Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. + Expert in Wine, Spirits & Cocktails. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
