Minimum requirements:
Completed trade test as a Diesel / Tractor Mechanic (Red Seal preferred) At least 1 year of post-trade, hands-on experience working on tractors (e.g., John Deere, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, etc.) Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher) Basic diagnostic and fault-finding ability Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair procedures Physically fit and able to work in rural/outdoor environments
