What You'll Do

BCG\u2019s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market. Those in human resources manage the life cycle of all BCG employees - from hiring top talent and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and supporting career progression and mobility.

Your role will include providing support for the MBA Team through organising and attending events, arranging and managing interview campaigns, and planning and organising the Summer Internship Programme. You will also be responsible for the accuracy of data for analysis on our recruitment events, applications, assessment processes and offers extended.

Recruitment Campaigns

Overall provide direct support to the MBA Channel Recruiting Team in the London officeSupport the interview campaign administration, communication to candidates and overall ensure the smooth running of campaigns for Full Time (Sept \u2013 Oct) and Summer Internship (Nov \u2013 Jan) and INSEAD (April)Support the Recruitment Manager in scheduling interviews working with the shared service NEXUS teamTake ownership of maintaining and updating several key excel files with the ability to quickly access and extract data from the files as neededAssigning screeners on our ATS and supporting in screening meetingsPro-actively lead the campaign logistics with the following: merchandise ordering, sharing Interviewer bios, taking minutes when attending de-briefs, tracking return of interview feedback and giving feedback to candidates after interviews, management of candidate expensesManage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking in the recruitment systemSupport pre-offer and offer stages, ensuring an excellent candidate experienceDaily ownership of the London Recruiting mailboxSupporting the University Recruiter during peak recruiting time with pre-screening, screening, interview preparation and ad hoc organisations of events, keeping the MBA Channel a priority

Events

Support the planning and delivery of MBA events (both digital and on-campus), and attend events in person or online as neededSupport Recruitment Manager with the application process for the MBA Diversity Fellowship ProgrammeLead the organisation of the Full-time and Summer Internship Welcome Weekends and manage the logisticsCoordinate the Summer Internship programme, including induction, and weekly informative and social events over the summer

Team Based

Work effectively with other teams and key stakeholders, such as staffing team for the summer programme, consulting teams: for events, screening, and mentorship programmesAssistance with accurate/timely database management in BCG IT systemWork collaboratively across the whole Recruiting Team as and when necessary to provide support to a busy functionAd hoc project work when needed

What You'll Bring

Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essentialKnowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint is requiredThe ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periodsProactive and can take the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of workingEnthusiastic with a positive \u201Ccan-do\u201D attitudeBeing able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with candidatesIn this position you will be the database administrator and must be extremely effective in dealing with large amounts of information, work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities effectivelyThis is a busy role requiring ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalismPrevious office-based work experience, preferably in an administration role that requires a scheduling elementExtremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectivelyAttention to detail to ensure accurate records of recruiting are maintained and the right actions are taken\u00A0Effective and adaptable communication skills and self-organisation are essential\u00A0
